INTERESTED IN BECOMING A VENDOR OR SPONSOR FOR AN UPCOMING FITNESS EVENT?
Sponsor/ Vendor Application FormFit For Life Productions will have a group of people with a direct interest in health & fitness products/services assembled in one location in Denver, Colorado at our next fitness event! We anticipate having around 30-50 competitors (with over 100 entries in the CO State Body Transformation Challenge) and a crowd of over 500 or more people. We will be giving, free of charge, an event program to each person who attends this event, IFSB Ms. Fitness (qualifier for Ms Fitness USA), Physique and Bodybuilding Show (Drug Free) featuring fitness, figure, masters and teens, bodybuilding, dance and body transformation challenge divisions. This could be a great opportunity to offer an incentive such as a coupon or special offer to generate sales to your place of business or website. For a small contribution, you could have your company's information printed in the programs or arrange to have your promotional information distributed to patrons during tickets sales on the day of the event.
The following is a list of options available for increasing traffic to your website or place of business. We hope you will be interested in promoting your company at this unique event.
1. Banner on stage during event.
2. Booth at expo area.
3. Full or half page (5"x8" or 5"x4") b&w ad in event program.
4. 12- 25 second commercial or logo/business name display on Sponsor DVD played during event.
5. Hand out supplied ad/coupon during ticket sales or Display flyers/signage at event other than on stage.
6. Have your representatives present the awards to 2006 Ms. Fitness Colorado, 2006 Ms. Physique Colorado and other Overall winners.
7. Colored ad in national magazine, Fitness & Physique Magazine.

It is important to note that Ms. Fitness inspires and motivates women unlike any other fitness movement for several reasons. The women who participate in Ms/Miss Fitness are "everywoman." The average age is 29. The majority are married and raising children. They come from every walk of life, and work in every occupation imaginable. They are dedicated and committed women who have embraced a fit and healthy lifestyle, and are able to articulate their choice in a very relatable manner, and visually demonstrate the results.
Making their debut in 1985, Ms. Fitness competitions are the oldest and most prestigious fitness competitions in existence. Operated under the auspices of the International Fitness Sanctioning Body (IFSB), these are the only competitions created to meet the desires of today's healthy, fit, well-rounded woman.

Product must be full size, not samples. If product is part of a set that works in synergy with each other (i.e. shampoo/conditioner, cleanser/toner/moisturizer, a.m./p.m. formula), they must be entire sets.
Clothing for female contestants should be sent 20 small (or 5 xs / 18 s), 15 medium & 2 large. Clothing for junior age contestants (ages 5-19) should be sent (ages 5-19) 5 Small, 5 medium, 5 large, 5 XL. Clothing for male contestants should be sent 5 medium, 5 large, 5 XL, 5 XXL.
If gift certificates are used for competitors to make their own choices, the certificates must be large enough to redeem for at least a mid-range stand-alone product including shipping.
Product must arrive at our corporate headquarters no later than 2 days prior to event. The earlier your product arrives, the more exposure you will receive. (Your logo will appear on promotional material and web site once sponsor money or products for goody bag has been received.)
We will need about 20 pieces total for all female competitions (Ms. Fitness, Ms. Physique and bodybuilding), but any quantity is welcome. Please feel free to label product or include flyers on how to purchase product in the future.
We also need a high res company logo and image of product to use on FitForLifeProductions.com and for postcards and flyers being presented at the fitness event to let people know of your generosity. We also need the web address you would like your logo to link into. PR will not be put up until product arrives. Exclusivity is not available for this program.
